Everton sign Chelsea winger Tyrique George for up to £25m

Everton have agreed a deal worth up to £25m, including add‑ons, to sign Chelsea winger Tyrique George.

The 20‑year‑old, who spent the latter half of last season on loan at Everton, will join permanently after a £17m upfront fee and up to £8m in performance‑related add‑ons.

Everton manager David Moyes praised George, calling him "an excellent boy with an excellent work‑rate" during his loan spell.

The signing strengthens Everton's attacking options and could shift Premier League betting odds, with bookmakers likely to shorten Everton's odds for a top‑six finish.
