AC Milan submitted their first formal offer worth 40 million euros for Paris Saint-Germain striker Goncalo Ramos, 25, who is keen to secure more playing time at club level. New Milan coach Ruben Amorim has made the Portugal international his primary striker target.

PSG rejected the bid, maintaining their asking price closer to 50 million euros. The Champions League holders paid 65 million euros to acquire Ramos from Benfica in 2024 following an initial loan spell. Agent Jorge Mendes is negotiating between the clubs to bridge the valuation gap.

Atletico Madrid have also expressed interest in Ramos. Should a deal proceed, the forward would earn approximately 4 million euros per season at San Siro, similar to his current PSG salary. Ramos scored 12 goals with two assists in 45 competitive games for PSG this season.
